Peanut Butter Cups

Sorry, I'm going to bombard my followers with posts today. It was a busy week for treats! Last week I made some Peanut Butter Cups for a great friend. Good tasting but I ended up with way more filling than chocolate. I made bars out of the remaining filling and pored chocolate over the top.

Caramel Ice Cream Rolls

My Sunday treat this week was a nice light sponge cake rolled around caramel ice cream. It turned out very tasty. One thing to watch out for is overcooking the cake, if you do this the cake will crack when you are rolling. I was able to fix the one crack.
